Registration must be completed by Thursday, May 21st, 2026 for the name and photo of the dancer to appear in the TOP Starz photo booklet which will run in the

National Finals Program.

Registration will remain open until Tuesday, June 9th, 2026. Dancers who confirm participation after May 21st will NOT be included in the TOP Starz photo booklet.

Registration Steps

1) Complete the online confirmation form found here

2) Upload a color photo of the TOP Starz team member, a head-and-shoulders portrait

(not in costume) is strongly preferred.

3) Submit the non-refundable $85 team fee along with any amount due for a multiple t-shirt request. Team fee covers one team t-shirt, choreography, practice time and team stage performance. Additional t-shirts available for $30 each (payable in advance)

4) Review and agree to the Liability Release policy

5) Enter and pay for at least one competition solo online for the TOP Starz team member at the TOP National Finals location they will attend. 

6) Plan for a 4 to 5 day rehearsal/performance commitment over the course of the TOP National Finals
