PLEASE NOTE: Many of our shows fill up and close out prior to posted deadlines.
You are strongly encouraged to submit paid entries as early as possible. Note also entries received without payment may not be processed and are subject to being "bumped" by paid entries received at a later date. Click Here to enter online.

REBATE DEADLINE: April 4
This is the 45-day deadline by which rebate entries must be entered online and by which certified check payment must be received for those entries. Additional restrictions also apply. Click Here to download the Rebate Form for more information.

GENERAL DEADLINE: April 27
This is the final 21-day deadline by which all entries must be entered and paid online, or received with payment in the TOP office.

ANTICIPATED SCHEDULE POSTING: May 9
Please understand before you contact us that there is no "standard schedule" or "anticipated schedule" that we can share with you. If there were it would be posted here. Each show is scheduled independently based on a variety of factors, many of which we cannot know prior to all entries being in and processed. Please also understand before you contact us that special schedule requests are virtually impossible to accommodate given that multiple such requests almost always conflict with one another. As such, we simply cannot take into account any special request while scheduling a show. Please don't even ask. Finally, it is strongly recommended that you do not make any assumptions about how a show will be scheduled based on the prior year's schedule. Save yourself the heartache and just wait for the confirmed schedule to be posted here before you make any unchangeable plans. The general schedule will be posted here immediately as it becomes available. Immediately thereafter a specific schedule with individual performance times for each act will be emailed to each studio director.
